A Little About Me, My Passion & My Approach
Hello and welcome!
I'm Hayley, the face behind Clinic Cosmetique, based in Horsham, West Sussex.
I'm passionate about all things beauty, skincare and wellness, but what I love most is helping people feel comfortable, confident and happy in their own skin.
For me, aesthetics has never been just about treatments. It's about taking the time to understand each person, listening to what matters to them and helping them feel like the best version of themselves.
My Journey Into Aesthetics
My professional background began in pharmacy, where I've spent over 13 years developing my knowledge and experience. I've been a GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician since 2016 and continue to work within the NHS alongside running Clinic Cosmetique.
Although healthcare and aesthetics might seem like very different worlds, for me, they complement one another perfectly. My healthcare background has shaped my appreciation for professional standards, attention to detail and the importance of making people feel listened to and cared for.
After training in aesthetics in 2022, I was excited to turn my passion for beauty into something of my own. Building Clinic Cosmetique has allowed me to bring together my professional experience and my love of helping others feel good about themselves.
My Philosophy: Beauty, Your Way
I'm a firm believer that treatments should work with you, not against you. My aim is never to make you look like someone else or convince you that you need to change. Instead, I want to help you explore the options available, understand what is suitable for your needs and make decisions that feel right for you.
This is a judgement free clinic, so you'll never need to feel embarrassed about asking questions or being unsure about where to start.
Your experience matters to me just as much as the treatment itself.
